Holland Point Preserve


One of the Eastern Shore's most beautiful settings, this waterfront sanctuary is situated on 263+ acres spanning one and a half miles of shoreline. Enjoying peaceful seclusion, this extraordinary property offers myriad possibilities as a hunting lodge, corporate retreat, wildlife sanctuary or a significant private estate/family compound. The spectacular lodge stands on the site of the original 17th century farmhouse. Holland Point Farm is a Licensed Registered Shooting Area (RSA), currently managed to offer superior game hunting. Six fresh water ponds, fields, marshlands and woodlands provide a habitat for abundant wildlife, including Canadian geese, ducks, swans, wild turkey, ring-neck pheasant, quail and sika and white-tailed deer.
